WorkCover assessment of degree of permanent impairment
For workers injured from 15 October 2013 onwards, their injuries will be assessed for a Degree of Permanent Impairment (DPI) using the new Guide to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (GEPI).For psychiatric injuries, DPI assessment must be conducted by the Medical Assessment Tribunal (MAT).
